Privacy Policy

When you enter information into our layout editors (for testing print styles, alignments, or layout structures), that data is held temporarily in transient memory to compile your PDF or display the graphic preview.

✔ We do not store card content (names, numbers, photos, birth dates) in our permanent application database.

Once the file has been successfully generated or your browser page is closed, the underlying card details are removed from the system. No archive, log, or historical registry of the raw card text is maintained on our servers.

To generate print templates, users may upload temporary photos or logos. Our platform runs automated cleanup schedules:

• Uploaded graphics and signature files are stored in a secure temporary cache and are cleared immediately upon file generation.
• Any residual transient generation files that fail to clean up immediately are completely purged by automated system cleanups every few hours.
• Inactive session directories and caches are fully cleared within a maximum of 24 hours of inactivity.

We collect and retain only the minimal operational metadata required to set up and manage your portal access account:

• Account Details: Username, email address, phone number, and a cryptographically hashed password.
• Transaction History: Logs of points refills, agent recharges, payment tickets, and support ticket threads to enable troubleshooting and enforce account credit balances.

This account metadata is stored securely on encrypted server disks and is accessible only to authorized administrators for managing system access.

We maintain strict data privacy controls:

• No Sales or Advertising: We never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your account metadata or transient file assets to marketing agencies or external data brokers.
• Session Security: We utilize strict HTTPOnly session identifiers to block cookie thefts and CSRF security tokens to block malicious cross-origin requests.
